Description

Drawing on the clinical wisdom and practices of a wide range of Gestalt and integrative psychotherapists, this Two-Day Transformational Chairwork/Four Dialogues Training is designed to introduce therapists to the art and science of Chairwork, or psychotherapeutic dialogues, in an active, creative, and clinically useful manner.

Using clinical storytelling, role-plays, and live demonstrations, participants will learn how to use this technique to address a number of common clinical issues.

Day 1: Resolving Inner Conflicts; Healing from Loss and Grief; Voice Dialogue – Working with Parts.

Day 2: Coping with Difficult Relationships; Overcoming Trauma and Interpersonal Mistreatment; Engaging the Inner Critic/Challenging Self-Hatred; and Developing the Capacity for Self-Compassion.

This workshop will be led by Scott Kellogg, PhD and Amanda Garcia Torres, LMHC.

The course will go from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.

The fee for the workshop is Canadian $ 450.

There are a few Community Donation options available.
