Our day begins by establishing critical concepts that put leaders and practitioners in sync with project management and Microsoft Project. This joint session educates all participants on the design intent of Microsoft Project, and on a fundamental and powerful mindset: YJTJ (Your Job Tool's Job)™ that will change the way you think about, interact with, and deploy Microsoft Project.
During the afternoon, two sessions will take place. Practitioners will attend a Microsoft Project Scheduling track with an intense focus on essential and advanced components of Microsoft Project’s scheduling engine, and leaders will attend a Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) track demonstrating how modern solutions can transform your organization’s PPM practice.
The PPM track focuses on providing leaders with a comprehensive understanding of business intelligence, effective resource management, agile and bimodal projects, and portfolio analysis. Throughout this discussion, the breadth of functionality to support each topic will be demonstrated through Project Online, Microsoft’s enterprise PPM tool.
Recently launched in Canada, YJTJ has been popular in the US and attended by thousands of Project Managers and professionals. Limited seating, register today!
