This Monday! Introduction to Mantra Meditation/Kirtan
In this workshop, you will gain a clear understanding of how meditation works, and what it can do for you. You will also learn how to easily and effectively add meditation to your life.
We will demonstrate and practice together three different meditation methods using the breath, beads, and music. Some methods are meant to be practiced as a group, while other methods can be practiced by yourself.
You will also have time to ask questions to make sure you completely understand how to practice each technique.
This workshop is suitable for newbies or experienced meditators alike.
