In this Yin/Yang Yoga class, we will start with grounding and centering. Explore meridian tapping then slow flow through some foundational (beginner-friendly) movement to build strength gently warm the body and increase circulation (Yang) then transition into the stillness of a sweet sweet Yin finish. ⠀
