#forkslearntorun is a relaxed running program that gently gets you moving, exploring the city and helps you find your groove with running.
Exploring a new beautiful downtown Winnipeg running route every week, Lindsay's qualitatitive approach to run training sets this program apart from a traditional running program.
Using the city as a guide for running, we slowly build up from walking, increasing your running segments over time. We'll never look at a clock or app to manage your time. You run for you - where ever you're at.
Lindsay provides the motivation, tips and accountability to help you build a new habit to feel great, help manage stress and connect to yourself.
In it's 10th session, the #forkslearntorun program is a place for all runners to come together and support each other. Everybody is welcome in this club.
We meet at CN Stage + Field at The Forks.
We run on Sunday mornings at 9:30am and Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm (except our final run which is on Tuesday, June 30th)
Sunday morning runs:
June 7, 14, 21 and 28th
Wednesday evening runs:
June 10, 17 and 24th.
Final and eighth run is on Tuesday, June 30th.
What we provide:

- running route options for beginners and 5K runs every week
- tips, motivation and accountability to build a habit and enjoy moving
- fun, relaxed and supportive atmosphere
COVID precautions: Adhering to government recommendations we will be limiting the group size and will be keeping a 2M distance between all runners. All program participants will be asked to monitor their own health before joining the runs.
