Society of Women Engineers Launch Event
We invite you and your fellow womxn professional engineers, engineers in training, engineering graduates, internationally trained engineers, and engineering students to join the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Ottawa Affiliate at the National Gallery of Canada on Thursday, March 26, 2020. Please meet at the Group Entrance Information desk. The event will be from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. The purpose of the event is to make new friends and strengthen the womxn engineering community in Ottawa. The event is free. We are looking forward to meeting you!!!

Accessibility notes: The National Gallery is fully wheelchair accessible and all doors have accessibility buttons to press for automatic entry or open automatically. Elevator access is available throughout the gallery.
Only gendered washrooms are available at the National Gallery. The washrooms are equipped with accessibility buttons to press for automatic entry.
Parking: Underground parking costs $2.75 per half-hour, up to a daily maximum of $14 (Members $12). Parking is also permitted on adjacent streets.
Bus: There are two bus systems with routes that access the Gallery, one from the Québec side (Gatineau-Hull) ( STO travel planner), and the other within Ottawa (OC Transpo travel planner). For all bus routes, disembark at the Murray and Mackenzie South bus stop, directly in front of the Gallery.
SWE Ottawa will be taking pictures throughout the evening. Please let us know when you check in if you would prefer not to be in any pictures.
