Old School Italian from the Cellar
Like to collect and age wines? Start with Italy. It is one of the only international wine regions that make wine of impeccable quality under strict appellation law. Italian wines are made from varieties not often seen outside its borders. These wines can age — sometimes up to 70 years — and evolve with time. Sommelier Alex Craig will share some Italian wines that have stood the test of time and share some advice on how to start building an age-worthy cellar collection. All wines will be paired with Italian salumi and cheese.
