Let's Get Moving to Prevent Diabetes
In collaboration with Toronto Public Health, our clinic is offering a FREE 6 week physical activity program!
How does moving around prevent diabetes? In this program, learn new aerobic and strength-building exercises. Learn how to set goals for success, stress management, healthy eating, diabetes prevention and more!
TTC tokens and childminding are included. Free gifts and light snacks will also be provided.
Dates: Thursdays - March 26, April 2, April 9, April 16, April 23, April 30
Time: 4:30 - 6:30pm
