Practice mindfulness exercises, accessible yoga poses, and breath techniques that can help to elevate mood and to improve energy.

Sessions offer mindfulness-based teachings and a variety of accessible yoga poses and breath techniques that can help to elevate mood and to improve energy. Each practice closes with a guided mindfulness meditation practice.
Yoga mats and blocks will be provided, but you're welcome to bring your own. Please wear clothing that allows you to move freely.There are limited spots available. If you have registered and can no longer attend, please cancel your registration on Eventbrite as soon as possible so we can free up the space for another student.
