Andrew McCready - Westbridge Capital, Director Of Business Development
Andrew graduated from the University of Alberta School of Business in 2006. He co founded a small venture capital firm specializing in mining, real estate, and technology licensing. Andrew later served, first as Corporate Controller then as Business Development Manager, for The Canadian Brewhouse, where he contributed to 600% growth in the company in 3 years. Andrew later founded Propulsion Capital Ltd, a merchant financial service provider, that was sold to Westbridge Capital Ltd in 2017. Andrew currently serves as Director of Business Development for Westbridge Capital, where he is responsible for sourcing and managing deal flow of acquisitions as well as growing their high yield debt fund. He also works with the executive team on negotiation, financial modelling, content creation and due diligence.
Cynthia Aasen - Triview Capital - VP of Business Development
Licensed as a professional real estate agent for 25+ years, Cynthia’s expertise is diverse – real estate syndication, development, multi-family value-add and strata ownership. Cynthia founded Investment Revenue Realty Inc. (IRR) a brokerage focussed exclusively on investment real estate, and more recently joined Tri View Capital Ltd as Partner, VP Business Development, to be able to offer investors access both public and private real estate investments in North America’s leading markets. Cynthia and her team act as advisors helping you make informed decisions.
