Mandatory Orientation on March 19 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Classes run March 26 - May 14, 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Full Day Retreat is Saturday, May 2, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Orientation, Classes and Retreat are all held at the St. Boniface Hospital Parlour, 431 Taché Ave.

Explore ways to reduce stress and face the demands of everyday life in this 8-week course inspired by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD. In this intensive training, you will learn to cultivate your natural capacity to actively participate in caring for yourself. As a result, you will find greater balance, ease, and peace of mind.

Facilitated by Teresa (Terry) Wilson MSW RSW, Qualified MBSR teacher.

The cost to attend the course is $400. These courses often cost an upwards of $600 and collecting a fee ensures that it will be sustainable to continue offering the sessions.

If you belong to a community of service of the Catholic Health Corporation of Manitoba (CHCM), your cost is $300. Please use your work email account in the registration process.

L’orientation, les séances et la retraite se déroule au Parloir, Hôpital Saint-Boniface, 431, avenue Taché .

Explorez les façons de réduire le stress et de faire face aux exigences de la vie au quotidien dans ce cours de huit semaines inspiré par Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph. D. Lors de cette formation intensive, vous apprendrez à cultiver votre capacité naturelle à prendre activement soin de vous. Vous trouverez ainsi un meilleur équilibre et vous éprouverez un bien-être général, en plus d’y gagner en tranquillité d’esprit.

Séance animée par Teresa (Terry) Wilson MSW RSW, instructrice certifiée de MBSR.

Le coût de ce cours est 400$. Généralement, le coût d’un tel cours pourrait être au-delà de 600$, nous collectons un frais pour assurer la continuité de ces offres.

Si vous faites parties d’une communauté de services de la Corporation catholique de la santé du Manitoba, votre frais sera 300$.
