Online Mindful Self Compassion Short Course for Busy People

The Short Course in Mindful Self Compassion is an adaptation conceived out of the need to offer Mindful Self-Compassion training to participants who are short on time and who cannot engage in the longer 2 hour weekly class. It is geared towards teaching informal MSC practices so that participants are not required to practice formal meditation. Because of this there are none of the MSC core meditations offered but rather informal practices from MSC as well as brief practices in mindfulness.
This group is offered by a registered clinical psychologist Dr. Kimberly Sogge C.Psych. and is eligible for extended health insurance coverage.
