Given the pace and complexity of change we are experiencing in today’s workplace, it is important that we prioritize our wellbeing by purposefully fueling all four dimensions of energy (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual). This interactive session will highlight the importance of talking about wellbeing, provide you with the opportunity to assess your energy in each dimension, allow you to participate in activities to help fuel your energy, and help you learn how to incorporate wellbeing with your teams.
Being well and working well is all about incorporating everyday behaviours and habits that fuel our four dimensions of energy; powering these four dimensions helps us become our best selves, both personally and professionally.
This event is intended for CPAs, employers, and for those on the path towards becoming a CPA. It is not intended for post-secondary students or recent graduates, unless they are attending as guests of an employer. Please email EmployerRelations@cpaalberta.ca for more information.
