Learn the techniques of baking bread with whole grains.

  • 3 hours of hands on learning
  • Learn the techniques in making: pumpernickel bread, rye sourdough bread and the baguette
  • One container of rye sourdough starter
  • Coffee and a snack

*Please note, students must have completed our level 1 sourdough course prior to signing up for the advanced sourdough course.
