8-Week Mindfulness (MBSR) Program
The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program is an 8-week group program based on a type of meditation called mindfulness. During the MBSR program, you will learn how to take better care of yourself and explore ways to mobilize your own inner resources to promote well-being. The MBSR program is open to the general public. You do not need any experience with mindfulness or meditation to participate.
What to expect during the 8-week program
The participatory and highly supportive group program includes:
eight weekly 2.5 hr evening sessions and an optional 6-hour day of silence (on a weekend)
guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices
gentle stretching and mindful yoga
group dialogue and mindful communication exercises
daily home practice
Registration Fee: The registration fee is $225 for the 8-week program (including all materials). Please contact me directly to inquire about a partial scholarship if the full fee is a barrier to your participation.

All-day session: Saturday, February 22nd (optional 6-hour day of silence)
