  • Dealing with Conflict Instrument – understand how different conflict-handling styles affect interpersonal and group dynamics—and learn to choose the appropriate style for any situation

  • Self-reflection exercises to enhance self-awareness and gain insight into your behaviour

  • Worksheets and exercises to enhance participation and learning

  • Group activities to help transfer learned skills and behaviour to the working world
