Again, this program is geared towards powerful SMALL GROUP TRAINING. Who doesn’t want better abs?? But more than just looks, strong abs help contribute to overall strength, neutral posture, control of daily movement, and flexibility. This class has hit ‘em hard abdominal work firming up transverse, interior and exterior obliques, and rectus abdominus. Slight n Simple warm-up included so be ready to work it!!!
Please keep in mind that it is vital for the body to engage in a deep stretch after targeting the abdominal segments in such a powerful manner. Be prepared for a deep joint to muscular stretch period for the last 20 minutes of class.
