Fall comfort food from a Traditional Indian Kitchen: Join Chef Geeta on an aromatic journey of cooking some hearty comfort foods with freshly ground spices and herbs to warm you up in the fall.
On the menu:
Tomato Coriander Rasam: A tangy spicy lentil soup flavored with freshly ground spices served with poppadoms and masala aloo.
Masala Aloo: A spicy indian version of potato wedges flavored with spices, ginger and mint to go with the rasam.
Paneer Jalrezi: A cottage cheese stir-fry with onions, peppers and tomatoes flavored with spices and fenugreek.
Rajma: A delicious kidney bean curry in a onion tomato based gravy spiced with freshly ground garam masala.
Jeera Pulao: Cumin flavored basmati rice to go with the rajma
Gulab shrikhand: An aromatic dessert made with rose petal jam and honey flavored yogurt served with pistachios and almonds.
