HIIT Mom & Baby Blast - 20 Min Fit - 10:45AM class
If you're wanting to get back into your fitness routine post-baby or start a fitness regime for the first time, HIIT is an amazing method to get it done! It's almost like you blink and it'll be over. And as a mama, time is precious and we don't always have an hour to get it done! ????
????So I am thrilled to bring you HIIT Mom & Baby Blast, followed by Baby Float Spa's "Social & Sensory." HIIT brings 20 minutes of holy-moly sweaty work ranging from blood pumping cardio movement to Pilates strength building to push and challenge our bodies working ABS, ARMS, LEGS & BUM every. single. class for 6 weeks. And you can do it! I'm here to be your guide, help you to work safely, but motivate you to work through those 20 minutes and then you can conquer the rest of your day and feel all of the endorphin amazing-ness. ✨
Enjoy "Social & Sensory" for the last 30ish minutes of class where babes can participate in Sensory Fun led by Baby Float Spa and us mamas can rest, recharge, and socialize with water, coffee and tea provided.
As with all of my classes, you are encouraged to feel comfortable in the space, changing bums, coming late, leaving early, feeding and whatever you need to do to make life easier for you makes me the most happy. Older babes are welcome to play in the sensory area during HIIT with supervision from our @babyfloatspa family! ????
