Session will be for both Brothers and Sisters of all ages in the Masjid Banquet Hall after Salaht-ul-Asr. Asr will be @ 6:30.
Session will be conducted by;
1. Sr. Nazima Qureshi (Nutritionist)
2. Br. Belal Hafeez (Personal Trainer)
The purpose of this tour is to connect with a variety of communities across the GTA and inspire them to have the healthiest and most energized Ramadan yet.
