Kelly was introduced to yoga as a means to keep fit and flexible more than 20 years ago. She is a believer that yoga is for everyone and movement is key to a healthy body, mind, and spirit. She offers a mindful and alignment-based approach in her teaching. Kelly makes daily efforts to maintain a healthy work-life balance that includes time with family and yoga.
