Fuel Your Performance: Nutrition & Mobility Workshop
Join us for a night of learning how to use nutrition and mobility exercises to improve your athletic performance. Whether you are a novice or an elite level athlete, there will be valuable information and insight for everyone. Our speakers for the evening are Janette Mason, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Milad Mehrabi, Kinesiologist.
Please wear comfortable clothing as we will be practicing some mobility exercises.
We will have a raffle for a special prize donated by Vitasave.
