ONLINE Friday Night Community Meditation at Wild Blue Mindfulness Studio
Due to COVID-19, practice will be held online until further notice.
Drop in teacher-led meditations are suitable for beginner and experienced meditators alike. Each session is led by Kimberly Sogge an IMTA Certified Professional Mindfulness teacher. There are no more than 10 spots available in each session.
Drop-in teacher led meditation sessions are a secular community practice option available for those interested in establishing a regular meditation practice and creating connections with a secular meditation community committed to growth in buddhist meditation practice informed by Insight and Eco-dharma traditions.
All sessions include silent practice with some teacher guidance, a teaching talk, and opportunity for reflection. Total session time is limited to one hour.
Meditations and teaching are offered in the Buddhist Insight meditation and contemporary Eco-dharma traditions.

Drop in teacher-led meditation sessions are held at the Wild Blue Mindfulness studio at Ottawa River Psychology Group, 44 Hawthorne Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
This is an opportunity to support a good cause, make connections, and nourish a personal meditation practice for your own wellbeing and the wellbeing of the world. A portion of all proceeds from the meditation sessions in the Wild Blue Mindfulness studio will go to local environmental organizations and organizations that support indigenous language and culture revitalization.
