Free Mindfulness Information Session
Join us for a free 2-hour mindfulness session. Maybe you have heard about the benefits of mindfulness, but you are not sure how to find out more. Or, you are thinking about getting started with mindfulness and you are searching for some practical tips. Perhaps you are aware of the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) group program and you are trying to decide if the 8-week program is right for you.
Join us! During the first hour we will discuss mindfulness. We will explore:
practical tips for getting started with mindfulness
what mindfulness is about
the difference between mindfulness and meditation
Stay for the second hour for an orientation to the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program.
