Join us for a unique "Day" Retreat in the Heart of downtown Kelowna.
Your 4 hours retreat includes two all levels yoga classes: Hatha Flow & Restorative Yoga. We will start with a class to work your body, build strength and flexibility, which will be followed by a delicious soup and locally sourced bread. After a heart-warming lunch, enjoy a Restorative Yoga Class (accompanied by local RMT’s giving you a blissful head massage to end your retreat experience).
All levels of yoga welcome (including those with injury and beginners)!
From the Garden
Everything that we serve in our menus are fresh from the garden, orchard or ranch. The Day's family farm is most famous for their locally grown pears and corn. If we didn’t grow it ourselves, we will do our best to source anything on the menu to support local business.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the retreat?
There is a desinated parking area at the farm. One week prior to this retreat all attendees will be emailed a map with any final instructions.
If meals are included, when will I know the menu? And what if I have dietary needs?
Your menu will be emailed to you one week prior along with a map and parking instructions. Upon payment, please write your dietary requirments in "comments" or email: firstname.lastname@example.org directly, we can do gluten-free, dairy free, vegan, you name it! If you do not contact us or specify we will assume you eat everything.
What do I need to bring to the retreat?
Yoga mat, big beach towel and layers for cool down. Wear sunscreen and a hat.

What's the refund policy?
If the weather is terrible or there is smoke from forrest fires you will be refunded in full. We will email you to let you know. Otherwise, no refunds or make-up retreats.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Only if you give us 2 weeks notice that you are transferring your ticket as we need to make arrangements with menu etc.
