Embodying Ease: Yoga & Mindfulness Skills for Anxiety-Reduction (Apr 1)
Practice mindfulness exercises, accessible yoga poses, and breath techniques that can have a calming effect on the mind and body.

Learn ways that anxiety impacts the physiological stress response in the body and influences thoughts, emotions and behaviours. A gentle hatha yoga practice is facilitated and offers a variety of accessible poses with breathing techniques that can have a calming effect on the mind and body. Each session closes with a guided mindfulness meditation practice.
Yoga mats and blocks will be provided, but you're welcome to bring your own. Please wear clothing that allows you to move freely.
There are limited spots available. If you have registered and can no longer attend, please cancel your registration on Eventbrite as soon as possible so we can free up the space for another student.
