Karen Bowen owns ManagerKnowHow, a firm specializing in leadership curriculums and interventional organizational development services. She is also a Senior Partner with EQ Development Group which specializes in Emotional Intelligence. Masters educated with 25+ years of experience, Karen believes that sustainable organizational results center around People, Process, and Possibility. Translating a somewhat mysterious world of personal and organizational values, emotional intelligence, leadership skills, team dynamics, and culture change into metrics, measurable trends, concrete strategy and practical objectives is a unique skill that Karen brings to her work. Practicing a holistic approach to leadership; Karen connects mindfulness, conscious choice, solid human system theory and practical action.
Karen has worked with a diverse business and non-profit field from front-line employees to mid and executive level leaders fostering positive workplace culture and organizational effectiveness.
