About this Event
This workshop will focus on learning more about the different abdominal muscles and how to activate your core in day to day activities and throughout your workouts. We will go through some pilates based exercises and mobility work as well to help strengthen, lengthen, release and stretch!
Come join me for an in depth look at how we can move our bodies in an optimal way and help combat low back pain and tight hip flexors.
Your workshop price includes a meal from Larry's Market and resistance bands from me that will be delivered to your front door on the day of the workshop!
We will leave 15 mins at the end for Q & A and to chat, touch base, connect and have some delicious food together.
