Compassionate Integrity Training
CIT is an opportunity for us to explore skills to increase emotional awareness, learn to practice compassion for ourselves and others, and engage with compassion in complex systems to create a better world. This will be done through small and large group discussions, experiential learning activities, reflective writing, mindful dialogue, and contemplative practices.
Join us once a week, every Wednesdays from 7:00pm to 9:00pm for 10 weeks.
