Coffee School: Alchemy of Brewing
Alchemy of Brewing (Class 3 of 4 in our Coffee School Series)
The focus of this class is the science behind brewing coffee - beginning with the fundamental principles of extraction and ending in a deeper exploration of how to apply these principles. In this workshop we also demonstrate a variety of popular brewing methods and equipment while examining each one's pros and cons.
You will learn a wealth of detailed coffee information, delivered in a way that is easily digestible from a "no nonsense" approach. This class has been evolving for over a decade and is attended by folks of varying coffee knowledge, from the average coffee consumer to industry professionals.
At the conclusion of this lecture the floor opens for up to 30 minutes of questions and discussion. A cup of fresh-roasted coffee is included and served at the beginning of the session.
The class is led by Merchants of Green Coffee's Co-Founder & CEO, who shares unbiased information learned throughout the company's 20+ year history of building a sustainable, alternative supply chain for certified green coffees.
