Brine & Brew 101- Shucking Workshop
Learn to shuck with Island Oysters and find your craft beer pairing of choice at Henderson Brewery. Join Oyster Specialist, Jason Kun for a shucking workshop like no other. Participants will receive 18 oysters of 4 varieties, a tasting flight, a tuned oyster knife and an ocean of oyster opening wisdom. We will be shucking oysters from 3 provinces and diving into aquaculture insight, flavour profile notes, pairing recommendations and of course, shucking techniques to impress the guests at your next gathering.
