Bend & Stretch
Join "Splits Ninja" weekly to compliment your flying and flipping with increased flexibility. In this class you will work toward touching your toes - possibly to your head - and maybe backwards! We will focus on active stretching of the legs, hips, shoulders and back to help you fly and flip safely and achieve your best. Mondays, 8:30-9:15 pm. Ages 13+. Cost: $10 drop-in (online or cash at the gym).
