Brian Forsythe. Health Coach, Certified Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer…

Brian has always been a physically active person, playing a wide variety of sports including baseball, hockey and taekwondo.

For over two decades Brian has been involved in strength training and body shaping; during this time he started to incorporate how dietary choices affect physical performance and overall health.

Brian says, "... Over the years of being involved in the fitness industry, I've witnessed first hand how a person’s health can take a turn for the worst very quickly. This is why I'm dedicating my time and energy to support people in their quest for optimal health."

New Alternatives to Healthy Living

Each speaker brings a unique solution to achieve a healthy life... from creating a purposeful mindset , removing harmful agents and revitalizing organ health, regenerating joints and rebuilding muscle tissue.

Marilyn Jestin, Certified Coaching Service

Marilyn graduated from the Certified Coaches Federation of Calgary in September of 2013. Marilyn’s studies include: how to train the mind to relax and how to prepare for receiving information.

A) Inside world- Whether utilizing mindful meditation and/or positive self-talk

B) Outside world- Including hoarding issues and/or clothing colour palettes to flatter body size and clothing styles. Add A + B equals the creation of

C) The Holistic and Real World.

Marilyn's passion is to give hope to all her clients and a reason for them to get out of bed and create a meaningful life for themselves.

Gilles Lamoureux, Digital Homeopathics...

Gilles holds a Masters of Education and is certified in ​Field Control Therapy​. He is one of a handful of practitioners worldwide, employing this unique method that detects and treats the primary causes of illness in organ stress, and the presence of harmful agents.

Gilles says, "...I’ve had the privilege​ to have a mute Autistic child speak for the first time, and a 60 year old adult have her depression instantly lift, both immediately as the result of a very first treatment".

Dr. Leanne Florence, ND

Dr. Leanne Florence graduated from a four year Doctoral program at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona.

Prior to her medical training, Dr. Florence obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Film and Theatre from the University of Winnipeg and went on to obtain her Bachelor of Sciences in Microbiology from the University of Manitoba.

Dr. Florence has a passion for pain management, rheumatology and sports medicine. She treats a variety of conditions including migraines, TMJ disorder, low back pain, sciatica, rotator cuff injury, labral tears, tennis elbow, knee pain, achilles tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis, osteoarthritis and other rheumatic diseases.

She is passionate about nutrition and exercise and is an avid proponent of holistic treatment. This includes implementing attainable lifestyle changes to reduce pain.
