8-Week Mindful Self-Compassion Course
We invite you to consider moving into spring with a gentle mindful and compassionate practice. Over the course of 8 weeks we will be cultivating the skills of open awareness and responding kindly to whatever arises in ourselves and in our lives. Learn to respond kindly – like you would to a good friend – when facing stress, anxiety, uncertainty or failure. Learn to motivate yourself with kindness, build resilience and strengthen your relationships. Sessions will be every Thursday from 5-7pm, between March 12-April 30 with a half-day retreat on April 4th. Contact us for information or to register.
